Dr. Thierry Laugel joined AGF Private Equity in 2006. From 1998 to 2006, Dr. Thierry Laugel was a managing director of PharmaVent Partners and a general partner at CDC Entreprises Innovation. He has invested in more than ten Biotech companies in Europe and in the US, and has been or still is a Director in most of them.

Previously he was head of pharmaceutical development projects at Flamel Technologies (Nasdaq : FLML), a Lyon-based company specialised in drug delivery. He started his career in 1992 in the Fournier Group in Japan, as coordinator of R&D programmes.

Dr. Laugel holds a Pharm D, a PhD in pharmacology, and an MBA from INSEAD.
