Xavier Lehman Director of Insurance Investments at AGF
 Xavier Lehman is also a member of the Executive Committee of AGF, Chairman of the supervisory board of AGF Private Equity and Deputy Chairman of the supervisory board of AGF Asset Management. He is also Managing Director and Cash Management Director of the GIE Placements d'Assurance (insurance investments interest group), with responsibility for assets/liabilities, financial accounting and investment taxation, monitoring financial products and strategic investments.
Xavier Lehman began his career in 1973 as a financial analyst at Eurofinance, where he stayed for five years. In 1978 he became Deputy Financial Director at the Banque de l'Union Européenne (now CIC Paris). In 1987 he became Financial Director of Allianz France, responsible for managing all the company's assets and supporting the restructuring of Allianz/Protectrice Vie and IARD with the creation of the Allianz Ras France holding company. In 1990 he took charge of managing all the assets of the Allianz Vie group in the Rhine and Moselle area, including real estate. He also became Chairman and Chief Executive of the following companies: La Vigilance, Languedoc and Allianz Gestion Financière.
He was appointed Deputy Chief Executive of AGF Asset Management in 1998, with responsibility for the human resources, organisation and information systems, institutional, control and reporting, administrative management and accounting departments. He became AGF's Director of Insurance Investments in 2000.
Xavier Lehman is a graduate of the Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris in economics and finance and has a masters degree in private law from the Université de Paris. |
