Guillaume Lautour Partner
 Guillaume Lautour joined AGF Private Equity at its inception in 1999 and invests in Internet and Telecom startups. Guillaume currently sits on the boards of Deezer (Online Music on Demand), Travel Horizon (Online ski travel agent), Mentum (radio planning), eRepublik (online multiplayer strategy game), Yoono (social network aggregator) and Questico (online personal coaching). His other investments include: Dailymotion (video sharing portal), Travelprice (online travel, sold to Lastminute.com), Steek (online backup for ISPs, sold to F-Secure), Telisma (voice recognition, sold to OnMobile), Fluxus (hosting, sold to British Telecom), Mediapps (portal solution, sold to EverTeam) and OneAccess (VoIP access routers). Prior to joining AGF Private Equity, Guillaume Lautour was a Director at Shooter, Ltd, based in Beijing, China and advised large European groups on their industrial projects for 2 years. Previously, Guillaume Lautour worked for more than 5 years in investment banking, on mid-size M&A transactions at Banque du Phénix in Paris and at Laidlaw in New York and started his career as an option trader. Guillaume Lautour received a Dipl.-Eng. in Telecommunications Engineering from Telecom Lille, and M.Sc., B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Paris II. He also attended the CNAM program in Actuarial Studies in Paris. |
