Marc Renard
General Secretary

Marc Renard joined AGF Private Equity in March 2007. Previously, he was the CFO of the Pôle Santé Individuelle and Assurances Collectives of the AGF Group. As such, he was a member of the Comité de Direction Générale of the Group and of the Comité de Direction de l'Unité Assurance de Personnes et Services Financiers. Before that, Marc was the CFO of the EULER HERMES group.

He has an excellent knowledge of international accounting standards as well as an experience of international M&A transactions.

Marc is graduated from the Rouen Business School and is a Chartered Accountant
